Eva Bonomolo is definitely one of the best real estate agents we have ever worked with. When we first listed our condo with her, she was very accurate about a listing price. She went out of her way to assist us in repairing our cooktop, and she made some excellent suggestions on decorations, furnishings, and flowers. The on-line photos of the condo were fabulous. Her open-houses went very well, and she kept us well informed of interest and comments from showings. Ultimately our condo sold in a timely fashion. However, it was really the relatively stress-free and extremely professional way that Eva handled it that lead us to write this note. Eva is extremely knowledgeable as well as effective and enthusiastic, and we can’t say enough good things about her, both as a real estate agent and person.

I was determined to sell the home that I had been living in for 33 years. It was time to make a change. But the time that I had to put into the endeavor of buying a condo and selling the home was limited as I was very involved in writing my second book.

When I phoned Eva for the first time she said that she knew the Yonge and St. Clair area very well as she had lived in the area for over 20 years. She assured me that she would help my husband and I find the perfect condo in the area for the price we were willing and able to pay.

Eva began to show us various condos. By seeing several we were able to clarify exactly what we were looking for- what amenities we required- what we absolutely had to have and what we were willing to compromise on.

A week and a half later Eva showed us a condo that was wonderful. The area was great, the building was lovely, the price was right and all of the amenities were there. The condo had been listed as one bedroom with a den and we had wanted two bedrooms but we very quickly realized that the den could be made into a bedroom and our study could be incorporated in the large living room area. With flexibility and creativity Eva had found the perfect condo for us.

The next project was to sell the home on Spadina Road that had been in the family for 33 years. Within one week Eva found a family who were anxious to relocate to the Forest Hill area.

After a few weeks Eva found a wonderful condo that my husband and I will be happy to live in for years to come and she found a great house for another family to live in.

On another note your offer was fantastic and really came down to two things. Price was a coin flip between our offers, however the "two-year" lease sealed the deal. If you noticed they didn’t touch your client’s right to renew which is an indication they appreciated a longer lease term. Most importantly your well worded covering letter really helped push the deal through. Not enough agents take the time to draft one, so kudos to you and a job well done!
